Returns & Exchanges
At Jackie Junne, each bag is ethically handcrafted in small batches, using fair labor and fair goods pricing to support artisans and reduce waste. Because of this, all sales are final.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, or color preference. We encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your bag arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. To qualify:
✔️ Notify us within 2 days of delivery
✔️ Email us at Jackiejunne13@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect
✔️ We will review your claim and, if approved, provide return instructions
✔️ The bag must be shipped back to us for inspection before repair or replacement can be issued
We do not accept returns for normal wear, misuse, or damage due to shipping delays outside our control.
Shipping for Returns
The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. If the item is confirmed defective, we will cover the shipping cost for the repaired or replacement item back to you.
Handmade Variation Notice
Each Jackie Junne bag is handmade, and small variations in color, weave, or pattern are normal and are part of what makes your bag unique.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it due to the nature of our small-batch production.
