Order Processing
All Jackie Junne bags are handcrafted in small batches and ship from Washington within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or factors outside our control (weather, holidays, etc.).
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at jackiejunne13@gmail.com. We will do our best to update your address if your order has not yet shipped, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with clear photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jackiejunne13@gmail.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
