Returns and Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless the item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect. If your bag arrives defective, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos, and we will provide instructions for returning the item for inspection and repair or replacement if approved.

A patent is pending for our bag designs, including all color variations, structural elements, and design features.
